A police officer who works at the police box in front of the Senate Station and has the rank of constable. He is always teased by the three evil members and gets angry when he is called "Mittan".
In fact, he has a background as a former motorcycle gang member (known as the Black Dragon Party), and even now his behavior seems to be delinquent. His shooting skills are such that he won a national tournament. He has a girlfriend named Shouko.
In the manga version, he wears glasses instead of sunglasses.
