Garako

A black cat with golden eyes and a magnificent, glossy coat that accompanies the old man of Jigokudo. Like its master, it is an enigmatic creature—even laughing with the same voice.

It is a type of supernatural being known as a henge (shapeshifter) and can occasionally transform into the form of a human with long hair (Garako's gender is unknown). Its favorite spot is on the old man's lap.
