Seika is a genius mad scientist in pursuit of "death". She works as a researcher at the Science and Technology Research Institute on the base. There is no doubt that Seika's a genius, but her enthusiasm is quite crazy. The end of all life has peaked her curiosity so much, she ended up becoming a member of the Seraph squad which fights on the front lines.
