Self-proclaimed mad scientist seeking world domination, accompanied by her sidekick, Yayoi Bungo. Leader of Squad 31-C, of the same generation as Ruka's squad.

Because the "A" squad is considered elite for each generation, she challenges 31-A for that designation.

While coming off as hot-headed and haughty, she is actually a kind-hearted individual who cares for her friends.
