Biographie

He is a Raijū who is the leader of Fairy Tale's 5th Subdivision and the first leader Tsukune and the gang confronts in Fairy Tale's headquarters. He has the ability to generate and control lightning at will. He faces Ruby and easily manages to subdue her with his lightning, but Ruby was able to withstand it due to her masochist nature. However, despite Ruby beating him, Raika merely sheds his human form to allow his full power to be used. Despite gaining the upper hand in battle and critically wounding Ruby, he was ultimately defeated by the latter's Iron Maiden spell.
