Dorm: 1st Year Student of Ramshackle Dorm
Originally from Wakayama Prefecture. He lives with his father, and his family runs a Chinese restaurant called "Manfukuken."
Yuta himself was whisked away to Night Raven College after encountering a black carriage while trying to take a shortcut during a delivery run.
He is a gentle and easygoing boy. As his family runs a Chinese restaurant, he excels at cooking Chinese dishes—such as fried rice and steamed meat buns—and appears to love the cuisine himself. Consequently, he cannot tolerate any behavior that shows a lack of respect for food.
He is deeply grateful to the father who raised him single-handedly and never failed to help out at the shop. While he appears to have settled into life at the academy, he worries about the shop his father runs alone and wishes to return to his original world as soon as possible.
Since moving into Ramshackle Dorm, he has been cooking for himself using ingredients bought at Sam's shop, and there are scenes where he is moved by his ability to recreate the flavors of his family's restaurant.
