A Lead Performer and one of the Tobi Roppo of the Beasts Pirates. Prior to joining the Beast Pirates, he was the captain of his own crew.

it is revealed that 12 years in the past, prior to failing his mission to guard a government ship holding the Gum-Gum Fruit, he was a member of CP9. Who's-Who was said to be an agent of great potential comparable to Rob Lucci. After failing his mission, he was removed from CP9, arrested and imprisoned. During this time, a guard told him about the "Sun God" Nika, a warrior of legend believed in by slaves in ancient times as a savior figure, whom he ought to pray to for salvation. The guard then seemingly vanished from duty. Fearing this information was taboo, he took a risk and escaped from prison, then turned to a life of piracy.
