The Headmaster of the island's school. When kid flee the school, he corners Shuichiro in an underground facility; however, he falls down and a tube hits his head which results in his death. He is actually pushed down by a dog who lives in the forest. The dog's leg was injured by Usui who thought that it attacked Rikiya, after that the dog developed a hatred to all stick-like objects.
