A member of the United Nations 11th Force, serving in Yokohama Base's 207th Training Unit Squad A underneath Jinguuji Marimo, with Suzumiya Akane acting as squad leader. Tsukiji is later assigned to the Valkyries after their successful Comprehensive Combat Skill Evaluation.
