The math teacher at Myeong-Ji's and Yeong-Ho's school. Mr. Shin is a wielder of time powers with the ability to go forward and backwards in time by ten seconds. He is also a serial killer and vigilante targeting the corrupt, although he begins to even target students in an attempt to steal their powers. Mr. Shin is accidentally killed by Myeong-Ji during a fight between him and Yeong-Ho, with Myeong-Ji obtaining his powers to move forward and back ten seconds.
