He is a patrol officer assigned to a local police box under the Tanibukuro Police Station. He graduated from the police academy with the lowest score in its history and was considered a problematic officer due to repeated disciplinary issues. On the surface, he is dismissed after an incident in which he pointed a gun at a civilian. In reality, he is secretly assigned to work undercover in order to arrest Shuho Todoroki, the head of the Sukiya-kai yakuza group.
