Qinglian Meng

Meng Xiaohua, famous as Meng Qinglian, is one of the disciples of the 3rd Elder, Yu Xuanji. Formerly, she was the most plain looking girl of the Yi Qing Establishment until Xie Yan gave her a makeover and taught her the sword dance. Together, they participate at the Plum Blossom Boat Festival and deliver a dazzling performance, which makes them famous overnight in Jiangling city. Since then, Meng Qinglian and her fellow disciples become besotted with Xie Yan.
