Biographie

Penelope de la Rosa is from the Canary Islands and helps George Joestar catch Javier Cortes, the mastermind behind fifteen locked room murders, after almost becoming one of Javier's victims. Forced to leave her home, Erina Joestar allows Penelope to live with them and Penelope starts working in the La Palma office of Erina's trading company, Star Mark Trading.
