Noel Seeker

A member of the Crossbell Guardian Force, serving at the rank of Sergeant Major. She is Randy's junior and colleague during his time serving in Crossbell Guardian Force. She has a twin sister in the Crossbell Police Department serving as a receptionist. In battle, she wields an orbal-powered submachine gun. She is a skilled driver, proficient in driving from regular cars to armored cars.

She later joined the Special Support Section under the recommendation of her commanding officer alongside Wazy Hemisphere
