Naga is a 2nd year high school student who was recruited into SPOON, a hero organization, because of his extraordinary powers as an esper. He works in a team with Sasa and Hyena during his hours as a hero.
He was born with incredible psychic powers. As an infant, his powers would be uncontrollable and potentially dangerous when upset. To teach Naga that his powers could hurt others, his parents pretended to be severely injured every time a floating object hit them. Because of this, he is afraid of using his power against any person and often undermines his strength more than he needs to.
Before becoming a hero, Naga only used his powers for the sake of convenience; he used his x-ray vision to see past his eyelids, teleported to school, and took notes and lifted heavy objects with telekinesis. He does not have an extreme sense of justice, as the only reason he joined SPOON was because of Dana's offer of providing volunteer hours and special screening for university admission. However, he does dislike people who show no regard for life. Though he was willing to help others, he does it so long as he doesn't get hurt.
