A high school girl plagued with the ability to see spirits.
The spirits were harmless until her sixteenth birthday, when they started chasing her for her blood. Kyou, is one such demon, although he targets her for a different reason: he wants to marry her. Misao believes that this is because her blood can grant prosperity to his clan.
Misao is very caring and considerate. Because of that, she makes friends rather easily.
