Kentarou Sugata

A former member of the Shoreikai, the institution that trains professional shogi players. He dedicated 20 years to the game but was forced out after failing to reach 4-dan before the institution's age limit. He now makes a living as a shinken-shi, gambling on shogi at amateur clubs. His signature strategy is the Fourth File Rook (四間飛車).
