Kaori Ninotsugi

Rain Pow is an average first-year student from Namiyama Middle School who is best friends with Tatsuko.

She is later revealed to be the assassin hiding in B-City that both the B-City Investigation Team and the Prisoners were looking for, making her one of the main antagonists of Limited.
