Biographie

He is the leader of the Blue Rose gang and a student at Enoshima, and is close friends with Kunito Nakajo. He has numerous gangs under his control, including DOA and the Idaten, aspiring to control the entire Yokohama area. He has a special interest in the Oni-Baku, whom he feels are the only ones who can stand between him and control of the prefecture, and it is he who unleashes the Joey duo against them. He is seen smoking in every appearance.
