Scheming Hong Kong Don who betrayed his allies and shot Hojo. Wong attempts to assassinate Hojo again in the hospital but is unable to go through with it when confronted with Hojo. Later, Wong shoots his way into the Sanno Association on his own, a move that he knew would result in his death. When news of Wong's death reaches Hojo, Nakajo and Mr. Tokai they are given a message: "He wished he could have shared your dream. He wished he could have met you sooner."
