Jafar

The villain of Aladdin, the 1992 film based off the Arabic folktale of the same name. The grand vizier of Agrabah and the Sultan's most trusted advisor, Jafar secretly harbors an ambition to usurp the Sultan to become Agrabah's ruler and to take the hand of the Sultan's daughter Jasmine. His key to doing so is the rumor of a magic lamp that can grant any three wishes - to obtain it, he manipulates a young street rat named Aladdin, the so-called "Diamond in the Rough"...
