Ichijou

The class representative of 1-C, Ichijou is easily the most surreal character in the surreal world of Pani Poni. She is inexplicably capable of breaking all physical laws in order to make a joke. Her power is used equally for good and for fun: sometimes she'll be the savior of the class, while at other times she only manages to exacerbate the situation. She is able to carry her youngest sister around in her pocket. Ichijou is quite muted, using short sentences to express herself; she is also a master of the non sequitur. The class brushes off most of her odd behavior and abilities, simply chiming, "Don't worry, about it. It's Ichijou." She is one of two characters aware of the aliens observing the class.
