She is an annoying, selfish woman with glamourish lifestyle. She likes to buy and collects expensive stuffs to satisfy her desires. She stands out, is prideful and over-confident.
As shown, despite Hugo’s overconfidence and love of luxury, she does possess few redeeming qualities befitting of a High Ranker. This is shown where Hugo stated that while loving luxury goods, Hugo desires such objects to be of excellent quality and worthy of the immense price they have and disliked items that are cheaply made despite coming from high end brands, calling such items nothing more than expensive junk. Hugo has also shown to be quite intelligent and loyal to the army entrusted to her, as shown where she showed to be a competent military leader and commander.
