A Japanese manga artist. Her twin sister, Yoshiki Koga, is also a mangaka.
Tsubaki was originally studying to become a teacher, but eventually decided to follow Koga instead, who was already working as a manga artist. After Tsubaki won third place in a contest, an editor approached her, and she has been working as a mangaka ever since. She has stated that her inspirations include her sister and Yoshihiro Togashi, as Togashi's Yu Yu Hakusho series was the first manga Tsubaki bought on her own.
