Howard Lemcke

Howard R. Lemcke is a career prosecutor with the Office of the District Attorney in Salt Lake City. He has handled, thousands of cases, including over 60 homicides, and has tried hundreds as the "first chair" in his over twenty years of service. He has served many years as the Judge Advocate on the board of the Utah Chiefs of Police Association, as a small claims judge "pro-tem", as an adjunct professor at the law school and as an instructor at the police academy. He currently serves as the Co-Vice-Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the Utah State Bar.
