Anupama Parameswaran (born 18 February 1996) is an Indian actress who works predominantly in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada cinema. She made her acting debut as Mary George in Alphonse Puthren's coming-of-age Malayalam film Premam (2015).
Parameswaran entered Telugu cinema with Trivikram Srinivas's romantic comedy A Aa (2016) and appeared in the Telugu remake of Premam (2016), for which she won the IIFA Utsavam Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her Tamil debut was opposite Dhanush in the political action thriller Kodi (2016). Her subsequent films included Sathamanam Bhavati (2017), Jomonte Suvisheshangal (2017), Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi (2017), Krishnarjuna Yudham (2018), Tej I Love You (2018), Hello Guru Prema Kosame (2018), and the psychological crime thriller Rakshasudu (2019). In 2019, she made her Kannada debut in the action thriller Natasaarvabhowma alongside Puneeth Rajkumar. She also served as an assistant director on Maniyarayile Ashokan (2020), appeared in the YouTube short Freedom @ Midnight (2021), and starred in Karthikeya 2 (2022), Rowdy Boys (2022), 18 Pages (2022), and Butterfly (2022).
Parameswaran played Lilly Joseph in the crime comedy Tillu Square (2024) and appeared in the action thriller Eagle (2024) and the Tamil thriller Siren (2024). Her later films include Praveen Kandregula's rural social drama Paradha (2025), Ashwath Marimuthu's Tamil romantic comedy Dragon (2025), the legal drama JSK: Janaki V v/s State of Kerala (2025) alongside Suresh Gopi, the horror mystery Kishkindhapuri (2025), and Mari Selvaraj's sports drama Bison Kaalamaadan (2025). Her filmography also includes the psychological drama Lockdown (2026), the crime mystery Mareechika (2026), the comedy mystery The Pet Detective (2026).
